• FOB (free on board) price is the price of products at the exporting country's border.

• CIF The (cost, insurance, and freight) price is the cost of a good delivered at the border of the country of importation or the cost of a service provided to a resident before the payment of any import taxes, such as duties and other taxes on imports, as well as trade and transportation margins within the nation.

Yes, there are specific packaging requirements in the Middle East region. The main requirement is that labels are made in English and/or Arabic language depending on the  specific country & product type.
